Concrete Scanning For Post Tension Cables

A company out of Virginia Beach, Virginia called Ground Penetrating Radar Systems to locate Post Tension Cables within the slab. With the proper training, we were able to distinguish the difference between rebar and post tension cables prior to drilling. GPRS was able to mark directly on the surface with tape due to this being a finished floor the location and depths of the post tension cables and any conduits in real time.
